Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 32 days before arrival: 20 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 31 and 16 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 15 and 1 days before arrival: 90 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 1 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

Payment Policy

20 % prepayment at booking
80 % prepayment 32 days before arrival by bank transfer *)
The rent is calculated per week.
Advance payment of 20% to be paid at booking
80% Balance + security-deposit from 250€ to be paid 32 days before arrival
The security-deposit will be refunded one week after your indemnified stay

Deposit of 250(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
