All children under the age of 6 included do not pay for their stay.

All guests will be required to fill in a form with identification details, to be handed to the Portuguese Authority SEF

Non Reimbursable rates can be booked until 2 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Cancellations will be done in the same way the booking payment was made.

Payments are made by bank transfer. The hotel will send you the necessary information once the booking has been made.


If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
