In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.

Low Season Cancelation and Payment Policies (1st October to 15th April. with the exception of Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter, considered High Season).

The guest can cancel free of charge until one (1) week before arrival. The guest will be charged 25% of the value of the reservation if they cancel in the week before arrival.

High Season Cancelation and Payment Policies (16th April to 30th September, Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter)
The guest can cancel free of charge until fifteen (15) days before arrival. The guest will be charged 25% of the total price if they cancel in the 15 days before arrival. The guest will be charge the full amount if he cancel 48h before arrival

For hosting your retreats in Quinta Marugo
Booking:
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit and copy of passport of retreat lead to book and secure the retreat space for your exclusive use. After agreement of the dates, we will hold them for two (2) weeks giving you time to pay the deposit and sign the contract document. We require a 40% of the booking fee three (3) months before the beginning date of the retreat and the remaining 40% two (2) days before the retreat start date. Should you book your retreat within two (2) months of your starting date, we will ask you for a 50% non-refundable deposit, and final payment of 50% two (2) days before the start of the retreat.
Cancellation and Rebooking
If you cancel your retreat up to two (2) months before the retreat date you will be able to rebook within twelve (12) months of the original retreat date and use the same deposit. If cancelled within two (2) months of the retreat, we will not be able to book a new date as it will be difficult for us to find anybody else who can fill a retreat with only two (2) months to the date and we will not refund any payment done up to this date.

If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
