Careful cleaning measures: the team of Residenza Hortus adopts accurate cleaning and disinfecting protocols to ensure a safe environment<.
In winter and spring and autumn you have to pay an extra charge for the heated outdoor pool:
- November to March: Activation on request 60 euro/day.
- April and October: activation on request 30 euros/day
- from May to September: always in operation and included in the price

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 29 and 14 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

40 % prepayment at booking per credit card
60 % prepayment 14 days before arrival per credit card
- payment accepted via credit card or bank transfer
- balance due 7 days before arrival
- city tax to be paid cash on site

If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by credit card) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by on credit card account

After booking the team of Residenza Hortus will send the guests a detailed email with useful information about check-in procedure, driving directions, meeting instructions, on site assistance and house rules.
