Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made more than 21 days before arrival: no chargeCancellation made less than 22 days before arrival: 80 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 80 % of reservation value
Should we be able to give the room to another guest on short notice, the cancellation costs will not be applied. To avoid any inconveniences, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance.
Payment Policy
No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.If you are staying for a longer period (more than one week) of time or booking more than one room, we will take out a deposit of 50%.
General Hotel Observations
Arrival is not possible on Saturdays.The minimum stay is 2 nights. Special rates apply for stays longer than two nights.
The room rates include breakfast served with regional organic products.
A baby cot is available on request (free of charge) for all the rooms.
An extra bed (adult or child) is only available for room number 4. Price: 80€ the 1. and 2. night, 65€ the 3. to 6. night and 455€ per week.
Schlößchen Hildenbrandseck is a non-smoking house.
Pets cannot be accommodated.
