Cancellation is possible until 14:00 hrs the day before arrival (when booking a maximum of 2 rooms).
In case of later cancellation, the full amount will be charged 100%

For cancellations of 3 rooms and more, we refer to our cancellation terms for meeting and events:
– Until 45 days before the first event date: no cancellation charge.
– From 45 to 30 days before the first event date: 50% of the confirmed booking is charged.
– Less than 30 days before the first event date: 75% of the confirmed booking is charged.
– Less than 2 business days before the event date: 100% of the confirmed booking is charged.
– 10% of the confirmed participants may be cancelled up to 2 days before event date.

In the event of no-show, late arrival and early departure, the full price for the booked event will be charged.

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
