Your stay:
Towels and hand soap are provided in the bathrooms, the beds are made with fresh linen. Also, upon arrival, you will find a basket of fresh fruit, vegetables and milk in your kitchen to give you a good start to your holiday!

They clean the apartments every 3 to 4 days. Please let them know if you require additional cleaning.

The system:
TFree Wi-Fi is available in all areas and at the pool. In the apartments, there is no internet connection available.

They did not put TVs in the apartments because we wanted you to focus on yourself and your travel companions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 7 and 1 days before arrival: 25 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value

Payment Policy

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.

Extra bed cost 20 Euros and cot 8 Euros. Please note that the Son Josep de Baix has no restaurant or breakfast because it is a self-catering lodging. The place is closed in winter from 1st of November to the 14th of March.
