In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Please note that the reservation will not be confirmed until Soul farm Mas els Igols has received the initial deposit amount of 40% and the client has received a confirmation email.

In case the client changes the dates, the reservation will be considered as a new one, hence it will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Any cancellation, including those due to force majeure, will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Deposit of 400(EUR) Euro (payable by cash) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out

The house is cleaned on arrival. For stays over 3 days a mid-stay cleaning is included. If you wish for daily cleaning, we can arrange this at an extra cost of 250 € per cleaning session, which will include the change of bed sheets.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the whole house. If the occupants smoke, an extra cleaning service supplement of 250 €/room will be charged.
