A signed confirmation of the hotel is required in order a reservation to be considered guaranteed.
For all the periods, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
For all the periods, if the reservation is canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no show or unscheduled departure, a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

For the buyout of the whole tower as a single unit or for any reservation of more than two rooms, a limited number of guests can be hosted and minimum stay of 4 nights is required, plus a 50% non-refundable deposit upon reservation and full non-refundable payment 60 days prior to arrival.
