- It is possible to rent for 2 nights only during low and medium season;
- During high season, check in is possible on Fridays or Saturdays;
- €150,00 damages deposit at check-in that can be refunded at check-out, in case there were no damages in the house;
- Cleaning: Towels change: middle week for 1 week stays. General cleaning once a week in case of longer stays.
