The check-in time for rooms is from 14.00 – 19.00. Apartments from 16.00 – 19.00. Check-out until 10.30 hour.
There is a minimum stay in the rooms of 2 nights and from July to September there is a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Apartments are let for a minimum period of 1 week. The renting period can start each day of the week.

There is airconditioning in the apartments Vintage and Xelb. And in the rooms Bohemio and Cosmo in case you use it there is an exrtra daily price of 7.50 euro

Daily clean towels. Bedding is changed weekly.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 30 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
End Cleaning costs:
The end cleaning costs for the apartment without terrace are 50 euro .
The end cleaning costs for the apartment with terrace are 60 euro
To be paid at the hotel at check out.

We strongly advise you to affect an insurance against cancellation. In most cases, both your prepayment and final payment will be covered fully or in partially, in case you are forced to cancel due to serious circumstances.
