Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case the rate is 100% prepaid and not refundable: : Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
PLEASE NOTE: In August (01.08 to 31.08) Any cancellation has to be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. During the 14 days before the arrival the hotel, that is when the reservation becomes NON-REFUNDABLE, the hotel will charge the entire amount of the reservation on the credit card. In case of early departure or NO-SHOW no refund is foreseen.

Payment Policy

In case of fully prepaid non refundable rates, the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
