In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Single room bookings – 7 days notice required otherwise full payment charged if room is not re-let. Any payments due will be taken from the credit card details given when the deposit was paid. Any cancellations or amendments must be in writing. We strongly advise you to take out appropriate travel/cancellation insurance. Group bookings of 8 or more people: 6 weeks required otherwise full payment is charged if rooms are not re-let.

Self Catering Apartment - In the event of cancellation within 21 days of the proposed arrival date we regretfully have to charge 100% of the booking value - this is only on the basis that we are unable to re-let the room. Any payments due will be taken from the credit card details given when the booking was made. If a deposit was taken it will be refunded less a 5% administration fee in the event of cancellation 21 days prior to arrival.

Tariffs – all room tariffs are per night for double occupancy and include a Continental breakfast (unless otherwise specified in your confirmation). VAT is also included. Your room will normally be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we would kindly ask that it is vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Children – £10 to £25 per child, per night (depending on age) when sharing parent’s room (B&B). Children’s menu available.
Dogs – £15 per night. Dog rooms must be pre-booked directly with us in advance. Max of two SMALL dogs per room, or one MEDIUM dog.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for any good reason.
