Our self-catered units rent weekly starting on Saturday and are inclusive of water, light, gas, SAT TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, one linen change midweek and one cleaning 2 times per week, for Casa Grande 3 time per week.

Check in after 8:00 p.m. is possible but only until 10:00 p.m.and with a 50€ fee
For the Casa Grande the deposit is 500 €

Cancellation made more than 180 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 179 and 91 days before arrival: 50 % of pre-payment
Cancellation made between 91 and 28 days before arrival: 75 % of pre-payment
Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 27 and 14 days before arrival: 100 % of pre-payment
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card
50 % prepayment 14 days before arrival per credit card
Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by cash) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out
1,50€ City tax per person per day
