Cancellation Policy:

HIGH SEASON (15 June till 15 September included)

Individual short stay (< 3 rooms, <10 nights): Cancellation is free up to 5 days prior arrival (120 hours). If the reservation is cancelled less than 5 days before the foreseen date of arrival, the hotel will charge 50% of the amount of the booking.
The hotel is entitled to compensation amounting to the number of nights reserved, being 100% of the reservation value, in the event of a no-show or departure before a foreseen date.

Long stay reservation (>10 days) and groups (>3 rooms): Cancellation is free up to 10 days prior arrival (240 hours). If the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the foreseen date of arrival, the hotel will withhold 50% of the amount.
The hotel is entitled to compensation amounting to the number of nights reserved, being 100% of the reservation value, in the event of a no-show or departure before a foreseen date.

NON HIGH SEASON (Rest of the year)

Individual short stay (< 3 rooms, <10 nights): Cancellation is free up to 2 days prior arrival (48 hours). If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 days before the foreseen date of arrival, the hotel will charge 50% of the amount of the booking.
The hotel is entitled to compensation amounting to the number of nights reserved, being 100% of the reservation value, in the event of a no-show or departure before a foreseen date.

Long stay reservation (>10 days) and groups (>3 rooms): Cancellation is free up to 7 days prior arrival (168 hours). If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the foreseen date of arrival, the hotel will withhold 50% of the amount.
The hotel is entitled to compensation amounting to the number of nights reserved, being 100% of the reservation value, in the event of a no-show or departure before a foreseen date.

Payment Policy

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
DEPOSITS

HIGH SEASON (15 June till 15 September included)

A fully refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

NON HIGH SEASON (Rest of the year)

No credit card will be charged at the moment of the reservation for all reservations outside the high season. Toile Blanche can refuse any reservation that does not have a valid credit card.

General Hotel Observations

The prices shown do not include the small government accommodation tax payable at the hotel. This is typically between 1-2 Euros/Person/Day.
