Cancellation made more than 90 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 89 and 60 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 75 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case of cancellation, the amount will only be charged in case the owner does not succesfully rent the house again (same conditions, same timing).

Deposit of 1500(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer

Standard Week Saturday-Saturday (exceptions possible on request). Check-in after 16:00, Check-out until 10:00 (Luggage deviating, by Appointment)

Included in the Basic Price:
Preparation of the complete House, Bed Linen, Towels, Pool towels. Standard cleaning after Check-Out.

Not included In the Basic Price:
-Tourist Tax (in accordance with legal Regulation, mandatory)
-Power Consumption Air Conditioning and Heating (optional)
-Special or Intermediate Cleaning (after Effort or Request)
(All Special Costs are billed after Expenses in Retrospect and charged with a Deposit or separately).
