A deposit of 300€ has to be paid 40 days before arrival (together with remaining price).
The deposit will be refunded one week after your stay
Final cleaning and laundry are included in the price.

The houses are usually rented from Saturday to Saturday. Other days might be possible upon request.

Before you leave, please:
Do the washing up and put all the utensils back in their place.
Collect all the linen in one place.
Regularly remove the waste in the containers along the streets.

Pets are not allowed (only upon request).
Smoking is prohibited inside all houses.
No parties and too loud music.
Cot and high chair are available on request.

The landlord doesn't accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the house and the swimming pool, caused by whatever circumstances.
