Although Secret Places has requested your credit card details, this are only as a guarantee. The credit card given will NOT be debited. After you receive our booking confirmation, you will be contacted directly by the House management, Tom & Krista Gysels, to complete the payment—preferably via bank transfer.

Deposit of 250(EUR) Euro (payable by cash) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out

The houses are usually rented from Saturday to Saturday. Other days might be possible upon request.

Before you leave, please:
Do the washing up and put all the utensils back in their place.
Collect all the linen in one place.
Regularly remove the waste in the containers along the streets.

Pets are not allowed (only upon request).
Smoking is prohibited inside all houses.
No parties and too loud music.
Cot and high chair are available on request.

The landlord doesn't accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the house and the swimming pool, caused by whatever circumstances. Other: We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. By signing, booking, and subsequent payment of the rent, you agree to the above conditions.
