We are also happy to assist in organizing a range of activities and experiences, including guided walks, cycling tours, canoeing, boat trips, golf, birdwatching, and other tailor-made experiences to help you discover the best of the Algarve.

Cancellation made more than 120 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 120 and 60 days before arrival: 25 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 60 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

75 % prepayment 60 days before arrival by bank transfer to the lodging
The tourist tax is €2 per adult for the first 5 days of the stay.
Deposit of 2000(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
