Payment Policy:
25 % prepayment at booking per credit card
75 % prepayment 60 days before arrival per credit card
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking on your credit card or by bank transfer.

Deposit of 1000(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer

• Bedrooms include air-conditioning, electronic safe, luxury linen, hair-dryers and toiletries
• Kitchen is fully equipped and includes large fridge/freezer, two ovens, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave.

• The Quinta has Public Liability Insurance but clients are required to accept responsibility for their own belongings plus any damage to the property as a direct result of their activity.
• Client agrees to read & comply with Quinta Bonita House rules including making no structural or fabric changes and to return all to original condition on departure accepting that time is of the essence in making any necessary repairs.
