Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 750 euros. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden). Not included use of the wood for the fireplace (can only be used in the winter months). The rental price is calculated on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, costs are involved. Please report this to the owner upon arrival or during your stay.
