Please note that Egremni Hills has a no-pets policy and smoking is not allowed throughout the house.

Additional midweek cleaning is available on request to be paid in cash directly to the property manager (€ 200).

Provisions:
The closest Minimarket is located in the village of Athani, 2 kilometers away. Athani also offers several taverns and restaurants with local cuisine.
More shops, a pharmacy and a medical emergency center are located in the busy harbour village Vasiliki, about 17 km away.
Lefkada town (40 km) offers all shopping facilities with some large supermarkets, but also numerous nice boutiques in the beautiful pedestrian zone. A new hospital and many resident specialists contribute to good medical care.

Beaches:
It takes between 15 and 30 minutes to drive to the wonderful beaches (e.g. Egremni, Porto Katsiki,..) along the westcost of the island. On these partly extensive beaches you will find a quiet place to sunbathe and swim even in the high season.

Other info:
Villa Egremni Hills is energy self-sufficient thanks to a solar system. The large batteries store enough electricity to run the house day and night.
There is also underfloor cooling throughout the house, which, together with the low-noise fans, provides cooling during hot periods.
A conventional air conditioning system was therefore deliberately avoided.

The house is operated as a smart home. After your access has been activated, you can therefore operate the garage door and all the lights conveniently using your mobile phone.
Internet via WiFi is available throughout the whole villa and terrace areas.
There is no television, a conscious decision by the landlord. The beauty of the landscape, the local flora and fauna, the grandiose starry sky offer a full program anyway.
