Booking Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 59 and 29 days before arrival: % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 28 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

Payment Policy

100 % prepayment at booking
The price of the accommodation is per week, with no hidden expences! Including bed linen, towels, reservation fees, tourist tax and final cleaning costs. Baby beds and high chairs are available (no extra charge). Table d’hote, drinks and breakfast not included. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 6 children. Arrivals and departures on Saturdays. A copy of our terms and conditions is available on request.
Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by cash) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out
