Cancellation Policy:

No charges if the room can be rented out under the same rates and conditions, otherwise the following charges will apply: Stays of 1 to 2 nights: 100% of total charged for cancellations made within 48 hours before check-in or no-show. 50% of total charged for cancellations made within between 8 days and 48 hours before check-in. 25% of total charged for cancellations made within between 14 and 8 days before check-in. Stays of 3 or more nights: 100% of total charged for cancellations made within 48 hours before check-in or no-show. 75% of total charged for cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before check-in. 50% of total charged for cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days before check-in. 20% of total charged for cancellations made between 45 days and 30 days before check-in.

Payment Policy

For this reservation the hotel requires a prepayment, made through Secretplaces, of 10 % of the total reservation. The amount will be debited 21 days before check-in by credit card.
