Although Secret Places has requested your credit card details, this are only as a guarantee. The credit card given will NOT be debited. After you receive our booking confirmation, you will be contacted directly by the House management, Tom & Krista Gysels, to complete the payment—preferably via bank transfer.

Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer

Summer (July - August): Villa Vale Grande 27 can only be rented together with the annex at 3900 €/week for max 10 persons.
Outside the summer months: you can rent with or without the annex, so for 6 OR 10 people.
Good to know: if you rent Villa Vale Grande 27 outside the high season without the annex, the annex will remain empty, so 100% privacy is guaranteed.
