Terraces: use of the terrace is strictly forbidden to unaccompanied children and not suggested even when accompanied. You must be particularly wary of the use of the terrace and its garden especially above the big building (senior). Only adults should make use of the terraces and only in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation made between 32 and 60 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 16 and 31 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

30 % prepayment at booking per credit card
To book this villa on top of the advance payment you'll have to pay a security deposit via bank wire or paypal no later than two months after the day you make your booking. This security amount will be refunded within two days if PayPal or one week if bank wire after the check out.

Balance is due in cash at the beginning of your holiday during the check-in and can be paid to the manager/owner who will hand out the keys only after he receives the full payment. If you don't want to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer one month or longer before your arrival (please note that cheques and travelers cheque on arrival will not be accepted).

Deposit of 1000(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out
