The villa is available for exclusive rental throughout the year. The minimum occupancy is six adults plus two children, at a nightly rate of €650.00, with a minimum stay of five nights during high season and three nights from October to April. For groups of twelve adults plus two children, the nightly rate is €1,200.00, with the same seasonal minimum stays. For each additional adult beyond six guests, an extra charge of €95.00 per night applies.

Pets are gladly accepted if they respect the common areas and it is not allowed to leave them in the rooms without the owner.

The villa is located in a wooded area not far from the pretty town of San Casciano dei Bagni, along 900 meters of unpaved road in good condition.
Our kitchen uses only fresh quality products from the area that we purchase daily, so reservations are required.
