Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Cancellation is possible upon express written request with full refund of the rental fee only in the event of serious restrictions or substantial limitations to the possibility of movement including for the avoidance of doubt quarantine requirements for travellers arriving in Italy issued by a public authority directly relating to the Covid-19 epidemic and hence prohibiting access to the place of stay under normal conditions.

Services included within rental price:
 Concierge Service: A concierge service will be available at all times to answer any questions
 Welcome basket at arrival including: local salami and cured meats, crackers and cheese, fresh seasonal fruit, prosecco and fruit juices
 Bedroom and Bathroom linen change mid-week. For any additional linen changes required there will be an extra cost of Euro 150 (for the changes of all the bedrooms and bathrooms)
 Daily Housekeeping (3 hours per day / 6 days a week)
 Utilities

Heated swimming pool: heating cost is excluded and it is €1,500 per week. If guests wish to have the
heating on, 15 days (prior check-in) notice is required; guests will need to pay €1,500 cash at time of
arrival to the concierge
