Cancellation Policy:

Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
The cancellation policy of this lodging is that laid down in Article 43-2 of the Legislation (Ley Turistica de Establecimientos Hoteleros del Principado de Asturias), which says:

if the cancellation is notified with more than 15 days notice, then the deposit will be returned, minus 12€ administration fee.
if the cancellation is notified with more than 7 and less than 15 days notice, then the establishment may retain 50% of the deposit, minus 12€ administration fee.
if the cancellation is notified within the 7 days prior to the proposed stay, then the deposit taken to formalise the reservation will be lost and remain with the proprietor.

General Hotel Observations

Any change in the reservation or cancellation will be charged with 12€ administration fee.
