Included in the prices: Electricity, water, gas, parking for 1 car, use of the swimming pool and the weekly room cleaning including change of bed linen (on the 4th day).

Not included are additional costs for air conditioning, which will be charged at 0,50 Euro/kw depending on consumption. The final cleaning is also not included in the price and is 40€ for an apartment and 20€ for a double room.

A security deposit of 200 euros must be paid in cash on arrival. Provided that no damage has been caused, you will receive this back on your departure.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: 3 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

The final cleaning (€ 30,00 € or € 60,00 ) is not included in the price. On request, you can also add a kitchen cleaning (€ 25,00) or a rubbish cleaning (€ 20,00).

Breakfast is available from 9:00am upon reservation.
The "Full Package Breakfast" is at the cost of € 24,00.
There is a "Breakfast menu a la carte" from which you can choose what to drink and eat and also a special discount if you reserve a breakfast before your arrival for the entire period of the overnight stay.

The tourist city tax of 2 € per person per night is not included in the price.

For the late check in from 8.00pm to 11.00pm there is an extra cost of € 30,00.
