Cancellations or requests to change dates without charges to the client must be made 72 hours before the check-in, otherwise, the reservation amount (50% of the total stay) will not be refunded. Less than 24 hours, or in case of no show, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card.

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card
During the months of July, August and September, the stays are paid at 100% upon booking, being refundable only 50% in case of cancellation or change of reservations until 5 days before check-in. After this deadline, or in case of no show, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card.
