Cancellation Policy:
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Normal season: November 01st to December 29th; January 2nd to March 21st ; April 07th to April 30th (excludes New Year's and Easter period):
Reservations cancelled or altered with more than 5 days’ notice are without penalty to the guest. Cancellations or alterations with less than 5 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.
Medium season: May 1st to May 31st; October 1st to October 31st:
Reservations cancelled or altered with more than 7 days’ notice are without penalty to the guest. Cancellations or alterations with less than 7 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.
High season: New Year’s, Easter period (22nd March to April 06th) , June 1st to June 30th; September 1st to September 30th:
Reservations cancelled or altered with more than 14 days’ notice are without penalty to the guest. Cancellations or alterations with less than 14 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.
Special season: July 1st to August 31st To guarantee your reservation we require a deposit of 30% on the time of booking charged on your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). The transaction is done through a safe payment online link (Unicre). You will receive an email to access the link after completing your reservation. The deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled/altered with more than 21 days’ notice. Cancellations/alterations with less than 21 days before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.

If you are not the owner or intend to pay at the hotel with a credit card different from the one used to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will refund any amount already charged on the card used for guarantee and full payment of the reservation will be made in person using the new credit card provided.
For pre-paid reservations or for reservations made during our Special Season (1 July to 31 August) the guest will receive a link by email to proceed with the authorization of the deposit. This is a safe payment link from Unicre.
